for each customer. All sizes and details are listed in each listing and we feel
it is the customer's responsibility to read the item details and ask questions

Customization costs:
I do not charge for many things as it pertains to customization such
as color providing it is in stock. This includes changing the color of ribbon,
felt, fabric or thread color etc.
EMBROIDERY DESIGNS other then what is offered on a listing such as
a name or number will incur an additional cost depending upon the
complexity of the design. Customization on embroidery designs
start at $5 and up.
Note: Customized items may take a few days longer to prepare.
Because our items are handmade one-by-one, Pawty Paws Shop
does NOT offer Wholesale options at this time.
SIZING: stated in a product listing is "approximate". If you have a question
regarding size, please contact me prior to placing your order so we can
discuss your best option.
MATERIALS: I work extremely hard to produce products that look exactly
the same as the photo represents. On occasion, a supplier may change a
pattern or color lot, but I do my best to match accordingly.
Colors can look different from monitor to monitor so if an exact color is a
concern for you then please contact me before ordering to discuss the details.
If a material is out of stock I will substitute with something comparable in
order to ship you a quality product. If I cannot find a substitute I will contact
you prior to production of the item.
We always keep your pet in mind when sourcing materials that are safe
for your pet. We do not use any wires or the like and items such
as hot glue, stiffener etc. are non-toxic.
All items are handmade to order and processed in the order received.
Shipping estimates are available on the home page of our website
and available in the shopping cart at the top of the page.
I do my best to ship in a timely manner and in most cases ship several days
before the deadline. Because much of my business is embroidery related,
machine breakdowns can and do occur. If there is a problem and I cannot
make the estimated ship deadline, I will contact you.
Please let us know right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet we are happy to
update the address. If your order has shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing
that we can do. There is no way to re-route the package.
You will either need to wait until the package is returned to us so that it can
be re-shipped to your correct address (customer pays to have item re-shipped)
or you will need to reorder the product.
We are NOT responsible for addresses listed incorrectly, it is your responsibility
to make sure your package address is correct prior to placement of your order.

First Class Mail : Delivery ESTIMATE 2-8 business days
Priority Mail: Delivery ESTIMATE 2-4 business days
*Please keep in mind that your package can arrive later then the
estimated date.
We DO NOT guarantee delivery times by the USPS. Once packages are
shipped from our studio, the delivery time is up to the postal service.
Sorry, NO REFUNDS will be given for packages that are delivered/considered
"late" by USPS. We have zero control over your package once it leaves
our studio.
What do I do if I listed an incorrect shipping address when I placed my order?

Unfortunately, No we do not accept returns for this reason. Your pet, especially puppies
can get used to the item. Dogs learn my habit. Introduce your pet to the item each day and
they eventually will get used to wearing it.
